Samsung announced a few days ago its "Galaxy A8" 2018 and A8 +, we have already confirmed the price tags for these new mid-range phones.

Pricing and availability vary by market. Samsung has just confirmed that the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8 + (2018) have only said they will launch in early January next year.

We previously mentioned that the Galaxy A8 will cost 499 € and the Galaxy A8 + (2018) will cost 599 €. These are the price tags for Europe. The phone will be at similar prices in other markets around the world.

At the launch event for these phones in Vietnam, Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8 + (2018) will cost 10,990,000VND ($ 483) and 13,490,000VND ($ 593) respectively.

The company has started taking pre-orders for the phone from customers in Vietnam. It was confirmed at the event that the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8 + (2018) will be released in the country on January 6, 2018.

Samsung's regional arms should start confirming pricing and availability information for their respective markets in the near future. We can expect the phone to be in many markets around the world in January.

Among the other features of the two phones came with IP68 water and dust resistance capabilities just like the 2017 version of the phone, and both devices come with a USB-C port and fast charging feature, and they work with Android 7.1.1 operating system.
